Access request data consent
Separate consent to review a request and communicate about access to Academy.
Operator and my choice
Personal data operator: Баца Алла Антоновна. Russian taxpayer identification number: 890603453994. A self-employed professional income tax payer, without individual entrepreneur status, in the Russian Federation. Personal data enquiries: batsaaleksey@gmail.com.
By selecting the separate checkbox and submitting the request, I freely and knowingly consent to the processing below. Reading this page does not give consent. This is not a paid order or permission for advertising.
Purpose and data
The purpose is to consider the request, verify contact details, decide on access and send related service messages.
- Email, selected use case and industry, if provided.
- For the extended form: name, role, organisation, team size, needs, optional contact and comment.
- Request identifier and status, consent time and edition, contact verification and necessary protective derivatives of the network address.
Operations
I authorise collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, provision of necessary data to a transactional email service, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated; an authorised person may review the request.
This does not cover public dissemination, advertising, future materials or AI conversations, microphones, screens, special categories or biometric data. New purposes require their own legal basis.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent ends when the purpose is achieved, consent is withdrawn or 180 days from provision expire, whichever happens first.
To withdraw, email batsaaleksey@gmail.com with the request email and a withdrawal request. Account access is not required. Consideration and access messages then stop; data is deleted within statutory periods unless there is an independent retention basis.
Edition and proof
The form records edition access-request-2026-09-18-r1, the confirmation time and its request. The checkbox is initially unchecked. Previous requests retain their own edition; publication of a new text does not change it.
